Achieve the quarterly KPIs ( Revenue , profit, product mix) and the sales objectives for Netherlands
Follow our Sales Book guidelines
Create the general conditions of sale, a legal framework in compliance with the NL/EU law
Define the strategy and trade policy by brand, by product and area of influence.
Negotiate annual agreement.
Develop long term business plans with customers (1-2 years).
Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, payment terms, rebates, discounts end of the year, referrals,
Anticipate market trends, identify future ranges in relation to NL and Chinese Product managers.
Collect information about our competitors.
Identify needs and trends products markets in relation to Product Management and Marketing services.
At least 2-5 years’ as Sales Manager/ KAM
Very good knowledge of NL distribution and competition
Ability to deliver results with a lot of autonomy
Ability to anticipate and decision-making in a highly competitive environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Native language: NL & English: fluent
Location: Home office, in NL.
