| Our service is designed for companies who want to
establish a new branch office or daughter company (subsidiary), or
expand an existing representative office, in one of the former
Eastern bloc territories. We operate in particular in the Baltic
States, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia and the
Ukraine. |

Project management is always retained in an
established and experienced
ERinternational member company, to guarantee our
quality standards. Where appropriate, we use national consultants
in associate consulting companies, trained in the West and
controlled by us, to deliver local knowledge and experience in the
local market, including the domestic labour market. |

| Finding candidates and conducting the first
interview is carried out either directly by our own consultants, or
in a local office by the national consultant. These local
consultants are experienced managers with good language skills,
which are matched in the ER member offices. |

| Fees for local work are charged either as
commission (for introductions), on a daily rate basis (for
consulting), or at pre-agreed fixed fees (for recruitment).
International search and selection fees follow the practice of the
national (host) consultant company managing the project, usually
based on a percentage of first year’s total remuneration or a fixed
fee. |

Poland, Hungary Ukraine, Czech Republic, Romania and Russia. We
